If you can cancel, a credit for a future stay valid one year from the date will be issued.

Rates:

All room rates are given per night.
One (1) night deposit is required at the time of reservation.
All room rates exclude 9.5% sales tax.

Misc:

All rooms are NON-SMOKING per Suffolk County and the Ocean Beach fire commissioner.
Minimum age to rent a room is 25 years old. ID is required.
There is a two (2) night minimum stay on all weekends and a three (3) night minimum stay on all holidays.
