The Cottages
Our spacious cottages comfortably accommodate up to ten guests and feature fully equipped kitchens. Each cottage opens directly onto our inviting courtyard, providing the perfect space to relax, soak up the sun, or enjoy a BBQ. It’s like having your own backyard while staying at a hotel.
The Palms Hotel
Main Building
The main hotel is our flagship property, centrally located in downtown. Guests at this location enjoy the most convenient access to our courtyard and complimentary breakfast. Accommodations range from cozy standard rooms to spacious suites with separate sleeping and living areas, including full-sized suites that comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
Palms Bay
Palms Bay features guest accommodations right on a private bayfront beach, complete with watersports and convenient bar and food service. Located in the vibrant heart of Ocean Beach's nightlife district, this property is ideal for those seeking an energetic atmosphere. All rooms in this building are pet-friendly.
Palms Bay East
Palms Bay East features three exclusive suites in our second bayfront building, situated in a vibrant area of town. Guests can choose between bay view or town view suites, while the lower-level suite boasts its own private beach. This pet-friendly building ensures comfort for all travelers.

Cancellation Policy
**Guarantee Policy**
Your reservation will be guaranteed upon booking once all necessary information has been provided and a one-night deposit plus tax has been paid. Please note that a 4% processing fee will be charged for all credit and debit card transactions. This fee covers the costs associated with processing these payments.
**Cancellation Policy**
Effective for reservations made on or after July 24, 2025, we offer two cancellation policies based on customer feedback.
1. **Standard Cancellation Policy**: You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your arrival date, as indicated by the 'cancel by' date above. If you cancel by this date, you will receive a hotel credit for the amount of your deposit, which is valid for one year. This credit can be used for a Midweek stay in May, June, or September. Please be aware that if you cancel after this date, no credit will be issued. Additionally, date changes are considered cancellations and will be subject to this policy.
2. **Cancellation Credit Flexibility**: If you choose to purchase Cancellation Credit Flexibility at the time of booking, you may cancel your reservation until 10 PM on the night before your arrival, overriding the 'cancel by' date shown above. If you cancel by this time, you will receive a credit for the amount of your deposit, which can be used any day in any month. This credit does not expire. Cancellations after 10 PM on the night prior to your arrival will not receive a credit, but date changes can be made without penalty.
Please note that no credit under either policy can be applied to specials or promotions. Additionally, reservations made through third-party agents (such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz, Kayak, etc.) are non-refundable and will not be entitled to a Palms Hotel credit. It is important to keep this in mind when making your booking. Palms Hotel credits are only available for guests who book directly through the hotel.
